There are few verses in the Bible more comforting than this. 

For I, the Lord your God, will hold your right hand,

Saying to you, ‘Fear not, I will help you.’

– Isaiah 41:13

It paints the picture of a parent and a child; at that moment when the child is the most frightened, Dad is there to comfort her. In the verses one can see love, tenderness, mercy, guidance, protection, understanding, and grace. 

 Isn’t it wonderful that our God is also our Father?
